• 30% Deposits REQUIRED for ALL appointments over $70. The deposit will go towards your appointment, the difference can be paid the day of.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We do not issue REFUNDS for any reason. If you’ve paid for a service in advance and wish to change the service, you may use that credit towards your next appointment
• NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the original price for the total amount of services booked.
• Cancellations/Reschedules done with less than 24hrs notice will be considered NO SHOWS as well and will also be charged 100% of the original price for the total amount of services booked.
• Rescheduling and cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to time of appointment.
• More than 15 minutes late will result in one of three options:

1. Reschedule Appointment (100% Charge Applied).

2. Less appointment time (We will do as much as we can in the amount of time given).

3. Appointment Cancellation (No Refund and 100% Charge Applied).
